基于莱钢4300 mm宽厚板生产线现有PVPC平面形状控制模型，进一步研究模型各参数含义，结合现场不同产品规格进行工业试验，制定合理模型参数群，从而减少了切边及切头尾量，提高了钢板矩形化程度，成材率提高了0.2%。
基于萊鋼4300 mm寬厚闆生產線現有PVPC平麵形狀控製模型，進一步研究模型各參數含義，結閤現場不同產品規格進行工業試驗，製定閤理模型參數群，從而減少瞭切邊及切頭尾量，提高瞭鋼闆矩形化程度，成材率提高瞭0.2%。
기우래강4300 mm관후판생산선현유PVPC평면형상공제모형，진일보연구모형각삼수함의，결합현장불동산품규격진행공업시험，제정합리모형삼수군，종이감소료절변급절두미량，제고료강판구형화정도，성재솔제고료0.2%。
Based on the PVPC plane shape control model existing in the 4 300 mm heavy plate in Laiwu Steel group, the meaning of the model parameters were further studied. Combined with different specifications and on-site industrial test, reasonable model parameter group were formulated. Thereby that can reduce the edge cutting and end cutting, improve the degree of rectangular plate. And the yield was increased by 0.2%.
