Based on the PVPC plane shape control model existing in the 4 300 mm heavy plate in Laiwu Steel group, the meaning of the model parameters were further studied. Combined with different specifications and on-site industrial test, reasonable model parameter group were formulated. Thereby that can reduce the edge cutting and end cutting, improve the degree of rectangular plate. And the yield was increased by 0.2%.
