通过对高职院校学生篮球裁判员培养的必要性、现状、优势进行分析研究，发现当前我国高职院校学生篮球裁判员基础薄弱，缺少篮球裁判教学课程，培养渠道不畅通，缺乏重视。建议高职院校要从思想上重视学生篮球裁判员的培养，多渠道推荐和选拔学生篮球裁判人才，加大篮球裁判理论课在教学中的比重，积极发挥校篮球协会的作用，定期举办篮球裁判培训班，多与校外交流，从而培养更多优秀的学生篮球裁判员，为学校和社会服务。

Through the cultivation of vocational college students basketball referee necessity,the analysis and re-search of present situation and the superiority is studied. It is found that the current problem is our coun-try higher vocational colleges student basketball referees foundation is weak. At the same time,the lack of basketball referee teaching courses and training channel is not smooth. So,some suggestions are given out,such as,the cultivation of student basketball referees from the thought,multi-channel recommen-dation and selection of students basketball referee personnel,increase the theory course of basketball ref-eree in teaching in the proportion of,and actively play the role of School Basketball Association,held on a regular basis basketball referee training class,many exchanges with the outside,from and to cultivate more excellent students basketball referees,for schools and community service.
