Taichiquan%heart rate%exercise intensity
观察中老年人进行不同套路太极拳练习过程中的运动强度,为练习者合理选择太极拳套路进行锻炼提供依据性资料。采用ACUMEN TZ-MAX100心率遥测系统和主观体力量表,对29名练习者在进行各种套路的太极拳练习过程中的心率和主观体力表现进行监测和记录,根据心率变化情况和对照主观体力量表推断不同套路太极拳练习时的运动强度。不同太极拳套路在练习过程中的练习时间、心率平均值和心率最高值均有所不同,平均心率为24式拳117±9次/分,32式剑114±13次/分,42式拳127.4±9次/分,42式剑126.8±12次/分,陈氏拳140.6±12次/分;最高心率24式拳129±9次/分,32式剑124.2±7次/分,42式拳143.2±8次/分,42式剑138±7次/分,陈氏拳169±9次/分。对于中老年练习者,24式太极拳和32式太极剑练习的运动强度稍低,而42式太极拳、42式太极剑和陈式太极拳的运动强度较为适中。
觀察中老年人進行不同套路太極拳練習過程中的運動彊度,為練習者閤理選擇太極拳套路進行鍛煉提供依據性資料。採用ACUMEN TZ-MAX100心率遙測繫統和主觀體力量錶,對29名練習者在進行各種套路的太極拳練習過程中的心率和主觀體力錶現進行鑑測和記錄,根據心率變化情況和對照主觀體力量錶推斷不同套路太極拳練習時的運動彊度。不同太極拳套路在練習過程中的練習時間、心率平均值和心率最高值均有所不同,平均心率為24式拳117±9次/分,32式劍114±13次/分,42式拳127.4±9次/分,42式劍126.8±12次/分,陳氏拳140.6±12次/分;最高心率24式拳129±9次/分,32式劍124.2±7次/分,42式拳143.2±8次/分,42式劍138±7次/分,陳氏拳169±9次/分。對于中老年練習者,24式太極拳和32式太極劍練習的運動彊度稍低,而42式太極拳、42式太極劍和陳式太極拳的運動彊度較為適中。

Objective:to obverse the exercise intensity of different Taichiquan sets practiced by elder people, which could provide reference for the elder to choose taichiquan set scientifically. Methods:to use ACUMEN TZ-MAX100 heart rate system, de-tected and recorded the heart rate during the whole course when objects play different sets of taichiquan, estimated the exercise in-tensity of different taichiquan sets based on the heart rate. Results: the mean of heart rate during taichiquan practiced are as fol-lows:117 ± 9 beats/min during the 24 set, 114 ± 13 beats/min during the 32 sword set, 127. 4 ± 9 beats/min during the 42 set, 126. 8 ± 12 beats/min during the 42 sword set, 140. 6 ± 12 beats/min during the Chen's set; the peak value of heart rate during taichiquan practiced was 129 ± 9 beats/min during the 24 set, 124. 2 ± 7 beats/min during the 32 sword set, 143. 2 ± 8 beats/min during the 42 set, 138 ± 7 beats/min during the 42 sword set, 169 ± 9 beats/min during the Chen's set. Conclusion: according to the target heart rate theory of exercise intensity, the intensity of 24 set and 32 sword Taichiquan set are a little light, yet 42 set and Chen's set and 42 sword Taichiquan set are moderate.
