目的:了解市售大米中重金属铅、镉的污染状况,并对其进行风险评估。方法采用火焰原子吸收法测定大米中重金属铅、镉含量。结果大米中铅平均含量为(0.1101±0.0676)mg/kg,镉平均含量为(0.1142±0.0571)mg/kg;大米中铅的健康风险指数为0.2037,镉的健康风险指数为0.7667,均小于1。结论济宁市市售大米中铅、镉的平均含量均低于国家标准,健康风险指数在安全范围内。
目的:瞭解市售大米中重金屬鉛、鎘的汙染狀況,併對其進行風險評估。方法採用火燄原子吸收法測定大米中重金屬鉛、鎘含量。結果大米中鉛平均含量為(0.1101±0.0676)mg/kg,鎘平均含量為(0.1142±0.0571)mg/kg;大米中鉛的健康風險指數為0.2037,鎘的健康風險指數為0.7667,均小于1。結論濟寧市市售大米中鉛、鎘的平均含量均低于國傢標準,健康風險指數在安全範圍內。
목적:료해시수대미중중금속연、력적오염상황,병대기진행풍험평고。방법채용화염원자흡수법측정대미중중금속연、력함량。결과대미중연평균함량위(0.1101±0.0676)mg/kg,력평균함량위(0.1142±0.0571)mg/kg;대미중연적건강풍험지수위0.2037,력적건강풍험지수위0.7667,균소우1。결론제저시시수대미중연、력적평균함량균저우국가표준,건강풍험지수재안전범위내。
Objective To understand the status of the heavy metal pollution in commercial rice,such as Lead, Cadmium and conduct its risk assessment.Methods The heavy metal content in rice was measured by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy method.Results The mean concentrations of lead,cadmium were 0.1101±0.0676mg/kg, 0.1142±0.0571 mg/kg respectively.The Risk Index of Lead was 0.2073 while the Risk Index of Cadmium was 0. 7667.Conclusion The average content of Lead,Cadmium in rice were lower than that of the national standard,and the health risk index was in the safe range.
