在载体成型过程中引入助剂硼,考察了硼的含量对氧化铝载体理化性质及催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,助剂硼的引入既可以改善氧化铝载体及催化剂的孔结构,又能有效地提高催化剂的表面酸性。尤其是提高了催化剂表面酸性位中 Bronsted 酸的比例。另外,采用适量硼助剂改性的加氢处理催化剂具有较高加氢脱氮和脱硫活性。但是过量硼的引入也导致了催化剂孔径分布趋于弥散,使活性组分的利用率下降,因此助剂硼加入量应限制在一定范围内。

NiMo/γ-Al2O3 catalyst carriers were prepared with boron as additive. The effect of different contents of boron on the properties of carriers and activity of catalysts was investigated. The results show that, with the boron as the additive for NiMo/γ-Al2O3 preparation, the pore structure of the alumina supports and catalysts can be improved, and the surface acidity of catalyst can also be improved. In particular, the ratio of Bronsted acid in the surface acidity of catalysts can be increased. In addition, the HDN and HDS activity of catalysts can be enhanced by using a suitable amount of boron modification. However, the pore size distribution of the catalysts with boron as additive tends to be diffuse and the utilization rate of the active component decreases. Therefore the amount of the additive boron should be limited.
