通过PI Expert软件对小功率开关电源进行电路拓扑、元器件参数、变压器参数设计,给出电路原理图、PCB图,详述高频变压器的绕制和硬件调试过程.通过这一实例,学生完成电力电子电路制作的完整工艺流程,很大程度上提高了硬件制作能力,促进本校应用型人才培养质量的提高.

The circuit topology,Component parameters, transformer parameters of low-power switching power have been designed by PI Expert software in this paper. Detailed electrical schematics and PCB drawings were given.High frequency transformer winding and hardware debugging were reported in detail. The students finish the complete process lfow of power electronic circuits implementation by this example. Students' ability of hardware manufacture and training talents in the application-oriented universitieshave been fully developed.
