本文利用紫外线辐照猴头菌菌丝体,研究了不同辐照时间对猴头菌丝生长速度及生长势的影响.结果表明:紫外线辐照对其菌体的生长产生了不同程度的作用,辐照1~20min的处理组菌丝生长速度均高于对照组,其中辐照10min的处理组作用效果最显著,辐照超过20min却抑制了菌丝的生长;另外,在菌丝干重方面,辐照5~20min的处理组菌丝干重均高于对照组,其中辐照15min的处理组菌丝体干重最高为0.4581g.
本文利用紫外線輻照猴頭菌菌絲體,研究瞭不同輻照時間對猴頭菌絲生長速度及生長勢的影響.結果錶明:紫外線輻照對其菌體的生長產生瞭不同程度的作用,輻照1~20min的處理組菌絲生長速度均高于對照組,其中輻照10min的處理組作用效果最顯著,輻照超過20min卻抑製瞭菌絲的生長;另外,在菌絲榦重方麵,輻照5~20min的處理組菌絲榦重均高于對照組,其中輻照15min的處理組菌絲體榦重最高為0.4581g.
본문이용자외선복조후두균균사체,연구료불동복조시간대후두균사생장속도급생장세적영향.결과표명:자외선복조대기균체적생장산생료불동정도적작용,복조1~20min적처리조균사생장속도균고우대조조,기중복조10min적처리조작용효과최현저,복조초과20min각억제료균사적생장;령외,재균사간중방면,복조5~20min적처리조균사간중균고우대조조,기중복조15min적처리조균사체간중최고위0.4581g.
In this paper,the UV irradiation of Hericium erinaceus mycelium is used for studying the effect of differ-ent irradiation time on the speed and growth rate of mycelial. The experimental results show that the growth of UV irradiation on Hericium erinaceus mycelium have varying degrees of role. The 10min irradi-ation treatment group and control group have significant difference,which promoted the growth of hyphae;the other group to handle the body dry weight of mycelia with 15 min irradiation was highest for the 0. 4581g.
