应用均匀设计法研究了粗茎鳞毛蕨全株根、茎、叶不同部位乙醇提取液对菜青虫生物活性的影响.研究结果表明：茎的乙醇提取液对菜青虫具有明显的拒食作用，12h、24h 和48h 的拒食作用随提取液浓度增高而增强，24h 质量浓度为45.0mg/mL时茎的乙醇提取液拒食率最高，可达93.8％.根、叶的乙醇提取液拒食作用均不明显.

In this paper,the uniform design method was used for studying the biological activity in different parts of root,stem,leaf ethanol of Dryopteris crassirhizoma extract to Pieris rapa. The results show that the stem ethanol extracted has antifeedant effect on Pieris rapae. The antifeedant effect with 12h,24h and 48h in-crease with the extract concentration. 45 mg/mL stems the ethanol extracted have the highest antifeedant rate of 24 h,up to 93. 8%. However,the antifeedant effect in root,leaf ethanol extracted was not obvi-ous.
