青钢以Q235碳素钢为原料,适当调整C、Si、Mn等元素含量,采用临界奥氏体区控轧和轧后控冷的工艺,实现了Φ6~Φ10 mm规格HRBF400细晶粒热轧钢筋的批量生产。对产品性能的组织、性能检验表明,HRBF400细晶粒钢筋微观组织均匀,力学性能稳定,各项性能均符合国家相关标准要求。
青鋼以Q235碳素鋼為原料,適噹調整C、Si、Mn等元素含量,採用臨界奧氏體區控軋和軋後控冷的工藝,實現瞭Φ6~Φ10 mm規格HRBF400細晶粒熱軋鋼觔的批量生產。對產品性能的組織、性能檢驗錶明,HRBF400細晶粒鋼觔微觀組織均勻,力學性能穩定,各項性能均符閤國傢相關標準要求。

Qingdao Steel take Q235 carbon steel as raw material, proper adjustment of C, Si and Mn element content, such as using critical austenite zone controlled rolling and controlled cooling after rolling process, realize the mass production ofΦ6 mm~Φ10 mm HRBF400 fine grain hot rolled steel. The product properties were inspected at the same time, the results show that the HRBF400 fine grained steel bar has uniform microstructure, mechanical properties of stability, that conform to the requirements of the relevant national standards.
