用纸床培养,通过测定萌发率、胚根长、胚芽长、鲜重等生物量指标及各项生理生化指标的方法探究了不同浓度NaCl(0 mmol/L、25 mmol/L、50 mmol/L、100 mmol/L、150 mmol/L、200 mmol/L)胁迫对特大叶荆芥幼苗种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:NaCl胁迫对荆芥种子萌发率无明显影响,而荆芥根长、芽长、鲜重、子叶展开数和种皮脱落数等均随浓度的增加呈下降趋势,当胁迫浓度≥100 mmol/L时抑制极为显著。 SOD和POD活性在25 mmol/L的NaCl胁迫浓度下较对照组升高,而在其后的胁迫浓度下均较对照组低,阴离子氧生成量表现出相应的先下降后上升的趋势。

By the method of filter paper cultivation, some biomass indexes including germination rate, radical length, germ length, fresh weight and some physiological indexes were studied to explore the influence of NaCl(0 mmol/L, and 25 mmol/L, and 50 mmol/L, and 100 mmol/L, and 150 mmol/L, and 200 mmol/L) stress on seed germination and seedling growth of Nepeta catar-ia L. . The results showed that effects on seed germination rate was not significant under NaCl(0 mmol/L, and 25 mmol/L, and 50 mmol/L, and 100 mmol/L, and 150 mmol/L, and 200 mmol/L) stress,while these indexes including root length, bud length, fresh weight, the number of cotyledons opened and seed coat drop decreased with the increasing of NaCl concentration, when the concentrations is higher than 100 mmol/L the inhibition was significant. When concentration of NaCl was 25 mmol/L, SOD and POD activity was higher than the control group, while under subsequent stress, concentration activity was lower than the control group, and the anionic oxygen generation showed a corresponding upward trend after the first drop.
