This paper took the Skills Competition parts Ashtray as the carrier,Made 3D modeling of the ashtray with Creo. Analysised the machining process and made the process route. Using the proce-ssing strategy of Delcam company's CAM software PowerMILL completed the rough machining and ifnishing ashtray.
