通过对高职教学模式的探索实践,以促进教学模式改革、调动学生学习积极性、提高教学质量为目标,充分运用企业资源与工作室项目、教师团队与其他社会资源,较为全面地发挥企业工场、工作室、课室三者的功能,并通过目标性实践训练,发掘学生多方位的潜能。同时,整合各种教学资源与社会资源,搭建职业教学实践平台,提高教学质量与效率,促进高职教育与产业市场接轨。

통과대고직교학모식적탐색실천,이촉진교학모식개혁、조동학생학습적겁성、제고교학질량위목표,충분운용기업자원여공작실항목、교사단대여기타사회자원,교위전면지발휘기업공장、공작실、과실삼자적공능,병통과목표성실천훈련,발굴학생다방위적잠능。동시,정합각충교학자원여사회자원,탑건직업교학실천평태,제고교학질량여효솔,촉진고직교육여산업시장접궤。
The paper explores the practice of teaching mode in higher vocational colleges in order to promote the reform of the teaching mode to mobilize students learning enthusiasm, improve teaching quality. To make full use of enterprise resources and workshop project, teacher resources and other social resources, the mode of combining enterprise, workshops, and classrooms, through targeted training can help the students to reach a wide range of potentials. At the same time, various teaching resources and social resources can be integrated to improve teaching quality and efifciency, and promote higher vocational education and industry market standards.
