文章以江苏省2009-2013年各地级市人均GDP和万元产值水耗的相关数据为基础,构建区域经济与用水效率的空间回归分析模型。利用Geoda空间分析软件,通过Moran’s I指数、局部Lisa图和Moran散点图探讨江苏省区域经济水平与用水效率的空间关联性,计算结果表明地区经济发展水平是影响用水效率存在空间差异的最主要因素,通过单因素分析发现,江苏省的区域经济发展水平和用水效率都存在明显的空间聚类效果,由高到低依次为苏南、苏中和苏北地区。在考虑人均GDP和万元产值水耗双因素时,HH区域不存在;LH区域为徐州,淮安、连云港、宿迁、盐城、扬州;LL区域为泰州;HL区域为南京、无锡、常州、苏州、镇江。研究结果表明区域经济发展水平是影响用水效率的最显著因素,同时也为探索区域经济水平与用水效率的空间关系提供科学决策依据。

The paper builds a spatial regression analysis model of the correlation between regional economy and water-use efficiency based on the relevant data of per capita GDP and water consumption of every ten thousand Yuan of all cities at prefecture-level in Jiangsu province from 2009 to 2013. By employing Geoda spatial analysis software,Moran’s I index,local Lisa figure and Moran scatter plot,the paper makes a study on the spatial correlation between regional economy and water-use efficiency in the province. The calculation results indicate that regional economic development level is the most important factor affecting the spatial difference of water-use efficiency. The paper,through single factor analysis,finds that regional economic development level and water-use efficiency in the province are obviously spatial-clustered,decreasing progressively from southern,central to northern regions. When considering both per capita GDP and water consumption of every ten thousand Yuan,HH districts does not exist;LH region includes Xuzhou,Huaian,Lianyungang,Suqian,Yancheng and Yangzhou;LL region is Taizhou;HL region covers Nanjing, Wuxi,Changzhou,Suzhou and Zhenjiang. The study results show that regional economic development level is the most significant factor affecting water-use efficiency,and also provide a scientific basis for decision making on exploring the spatial relationships between regional economic development level and water-use efficiency.
