以典型工程机械产品为对象，研究其设计基因提取的方法。主要选取湖南省代表性工程机械品牌三一重工、中联重科、山河智能所各自生产的典型工程机械产品作为研究样本，从造型基因和涂装基因两个方面运用特征比对、权重分析等方法进行基因提取。通过对典型工程机械产品设计的分析发现，综合造型特征与涂装特征两个方面，基本能够表征工程机械产品的设计基因。通过对样本设计基因提取后的基因图谱分析发现，不同品牌的相同工程机械产品基因，既有共同的特征，又有各自品牌的个性。

The paper studied the method for extracting the design genes by analyzing typical engineering machinery products. The samples are respectively selected from three representative brands in Hunan Province, which are Sany, Zoomlion and Sunward. Extracting genes is unfolded from modeling and coating of products by feature matching and weight analysis. With the analysis, it is primarily revealed the design genes within the products. Thus, from the genetic map of the samples, it is found that the same type of products from different brands share common characteristics, but they show diverse personalities of their brand.
