以西安地铁三号线科技路站至太白南路站区间盾构施工为背景,依据刀盘及刀具的实际磨损情况,对盾构刀盘在砂层施工时导致刀盘、刀具磨损的因素进行了分析,并给出了提高盾构刀盘耐用性的相关措施,为城市地铁盾构机掘进施工提供了参考和借鉴。
以西安地鐵三號線科技路站至太白南路站區間盾構施工為揹景,依據刀盤及刀具的實際磨損情況,對盾構刀盤在砂層施工時導緻刀盤、刀具磨損的因素進行瞭分析,併給齣瞭提高盾構刀盤耐用性的相關措施,為城市地鐵盾構機掘進施工提供瞭參攷和藉鑒。

The paper is based on the shield excavation project of Xi’an the 3rd subway from Keji Road to Taibai South Road. The factors leading to the wearing of the cutter and cutter head during the shield excavation within sand layer is analyzed according to the practical wearing situation. The method to improve the durability of the cutter head is presented,and it provided the reference for the shield excavation project in urban area.
