从设计理念、景观改造角度，对石川河（城市段）河道的生态持续、景观营造、健康休闲、植物配置等方面提出了自己的观点，将生态治理和景观相结合，力图恢复河道自然景观，打造富有时代特色和区域个性色彩的城市滨河景观带。进而为人们提供一个亲切怡人的休闲文化空间和绿化生态空间，达到人与自然地和谐发展，助推当地的经济和文化建设的发展。
從設計理唸、景觀改造角度，對石川河（城市段）河道的生態持續、景觀營造、健康休閒、植物配置等方麵提齣瞭自己的觀點，將生態治理和景觀相結閤，力圖恢複河道自然景觀，打造富有時代特色和區域箇性色綵的城市濱河景觀帶。進而為人們提供一箇親切怡人的休閒文化空間和綠化生態空間，達到人與自然地和諧髮展，助推噹地的經濟和文化建設的髮展。

Comments on sustainable ecology, landscape construction, health & recreation, and plant arrangement on the riverway of the Shichuan River (urban section) are proposed in terms of design concept and landscape renovation to combine the ecological treatment and the landscape so as to recover the natural landscape of the riverway and create the urban river bank landscape belt featuring time charac-teristics and regional individual images.Accordingly, the landscape will provide with a friendly recreation and cultural space as well as greening and ecological space, realizing the harmonious development between human and nature, promoting the development of the local economic and cultural construction.
