针对无底柱分段崩落法损失贫化大的问题,提出一种钢混人工假顶的无底柱分段崩落法。随工作面的回采,在回采巷道末端底部连续地铺设与回采巷道同宽的钢混结构人工假顶,在人工假顶的遮掩下进行凿岩、爆破与出矿,有效地阻止了上分段废石漏斗中废石的流动,减轻了矿岩混杂,提高了回采效果。方案经过实验室模拟和现场工业试验验证,是一种行之有效的方法。
針對無底柱分段崩落法損失貧化大的問題,提齣一種鋼混人工假頂的無底柱分段崩落法。隨工作麵的迴採,在迴採巷道末耑底部連續地鋪設與迴採巷道同寬的鋼混結構人工假頂,在人工假頂的遮掩下進行鑿巖、爆破與齣礦,有效地阻止瞭上分段廢石漏鬥中廢石的流動,減輕瞭礦巖混雜,提高瞭迴採效果。方案經過實驗室模擬和現場工業試驗驗證,是一種行之有效的方法。

In order to solve the problem of loss and dilution in the end wall drawing,a sublevel caving method with artificial reinforced concrete roof be presented in this paper. When mining on the face, an artificial roof which width equal to the Roadway is continuously arranged on the bottom of the Roadway. All the roadway with an artificial roof right upward can drill, blast and draw under the cover, which efficiently prevents the flowing of rock in the segmented waste funnel, reduces the ore and rock mixture, and improves the mining ef-fect. The scheme has been tried through the laboratorial simulation and the industrial test, and proved to be an effective method.
