水工地下压力管道在施工过程中,钢管与外包混凝土之间容易形成脱空缺陷。以往通常采用冲击回波法对信号时域及频域进行分析,评价钢管与混凝土的脱空缺陷。由于压力钢管较薄,信号识别与分析较为困难,影响该方法的应用。文章介绍了采用检测冲击回波波动能量的方法进行钢管缺陷评价的原理、方法及应用实例,弥补了冲击回波法采用时域及频域信号进行缺陷判定方法中的不足。

Cavity between penstock and external concrete envelopment easily occurs in penstock construction .Conventionally , the impact return wave method is applied for analysis of time and frequency ranges of signals to assess the cavity between penstock and concrete .As the penstock wall is thin, it is difficult to identify and analyze signals.The method application is affected.In this paper, principle, meth-ods and practice of application of the detection of the fluctuation energy of the impact return wave to assess the penstock defect are intro-duced.It enriches the impact return wave method in terms of time and frequency ranges for defect determination.
