通过对3种不同形式的现浇轻质复合保温墙体的抗弯试验研究,分析了龙骨的厚度、面板的密度等因素对轻质复合保温墙体的承载力、挠度的影响。研究表明,现浇轻质复合保温墙体抗弯承载能力较高,其中轻钢龙骨厚度越厚,抗弯承载力越高;面板的密度越大,抗弯承载力越大。提出墙体自攻自钻螺钉的合理间距,并证明了墙体芯料对轻钢龙骨的包裹作用能够提高抗弯承载力。为该墙体的实际工程应用提供可靠的理论依据。
通過對3種不同形式的現澆輕質複閤保溫牆體的抗彎試驗研究,分析瞭龍骨的厚度、麵闆的密度等因素對輕質複閤保溫牆體的承載力、撓度的影響。研究錶明,現澆輕質複閤保溫牆體抗彎承載能力較高,其中輕鋼龍骨厚度越厚,抗彎承載力越高;麵闆的密度越大,抗彎承載力越大。提齣牆體自攻自鑽螺釘的閤理間距,併證明瞭牆體芯料對輕鋼龍骨的包裹作用能夠提高抗彎承載力。為該牆體的實際工程應用提供可靠的理論依據。

Experimental study on bending through three different forms of cast lightweight composite wall in-sulation, analyzes the influence of the keel thickness, panel density and other factors on the bearing capacity and deflection on lightweight composite insulation wall. Research shows that cast light composite insulation wall high bending load capacity, which the thicker the light steel keel thickness, the higher flexural bearing ca-pacity;the greater the panel density, the higher the flexural bearing capacity. Put forward the reasonable spac-ing of wall self drilling screws, and proves that the wall core material package effect on the light steel keel can improve the flexural bearing capacity. Then to provide reliable theoretical basis for the wall practical engineer-ing application.
