教师作为儿童钢琴学习的主要引导者,在激发培养儿童的学习动机里起着关键性的作用。钢琴学习是一个漫长的过程,儿童在学习时的兴趣不稳定是由他们的心理和生理特点决定的。因此,教师的职责不仅仅是传播知识与技能,更重要的职责是能让儿童学习钢琴的动力能够得以延续,使其达到应有的学习成效。
教師作為兒童鋼琴學習的主要引導者,在激髮培養兒童的學習動機裏起著關鍵性的作用。鋼琴學習是一箇漫長的過程,兒童在學習時的興趣不穩定是由他們的心理和生理特點決定的。因此,教師的職責不僅僅是傳播知識與技能,更重要的職責是能讓兒童學習鋼琴的動力能夠得以延續,使其達到應有的學習成效。

As a guide in children’s learning to play the piano, the teacher plays an important role in fostering the children's learning motivation. The learning of piano is a long process, while children’s learning interest, which is decided by their psychological and physiological characteristics rather than their own wish, is always instable, so the responsibility of the teacher is not only spreading knowledge and skills but also make our children’s learning motivation as a durative one. In this case, teachers must realize their important role in children's piano learning, and thus gives enough attention to children's learning motivation.
