目前一些应用型本科高校公共基础课教学现状不尽如人意,MOOCs的到来为解决高校优质教育资源短缺等问题提供了契机,有效促动公共基础课与其他课程的融合,引导人们转变教学观念。MOOCs背景下应用型本科高校公共基础课教学改革的关键是教育行政部门及高校要做好顶层设计,教师要改变教学方式,学生要改变学习方式,课程要改变呈现方式,实现线上、线下相结合,进行混合教学改革,探究学习将成为学习的根本,锻炼学生的能力,为培养社会需要的应用型人才奠定基础。

At present, the public basic courses teaching in some application-oriented undergraduate colleges is not very desirable, but the arrival of MOOCs not only provides an opportunity to solve the problems of quality education resource shortages in colleges, but also effectively stimulate the integration of public basic courses and other courses, thus guiding people to change the teaching ideas. The key to the teaching reform of public basic courses in application-oriented undergraduate colleges under the MOOCs background is that the educational administration department and the university should complete the top layer design; the teachers should change the teaching methods; the students should change the studying way, the curriculum should be changed to unify on-line and off-line. We should also carry on the mix educational reform, and make inquiry learning as the basis of the study. Exercising students' ability can lay the foundation for the society to raise the application talented person.
