分析无缝卷取机卷筒的工作原理以及工作时造成带钢表面有褶印缺陷,探究造成褶印问题的原因,通过改进卷筒关键零部件扇形板的结构,有效解决了生产现场中带钢表面产生的褶印问题。改进后的卷筒圆度精度高,不易产生结合部位高点,完全避免了带钢表面褶印缺陷,与此同时卷筒工作性能大幅改善,钢卷产品质量大大提升。
分析無縫捲取機捲筒的工作原理以及工作時造成帶鋼錶麵有褶印缺陷,探究造成褶印問題的原因,通過改進捲筒關鍵零部件扇形闆的結構,有效解決瞭生產現場中帶鋼錶麵產生的褶印問題。改進後的捲筒圓度精度高,不易產生結閤部位高點,完全避免瞭帶鋼錶麵褶印缺陷,與此同時捲筒工作性能大幅改善,鋼捲產品質量大大提升。

This paper briefly introduces the working principle of seamless reel,analyzes the causes of the fold defects on the strip surface,and then effectively solved the strip surface fold problem of the produc-tion site through the improvement of the structure of key parts of reel segment.The improved reel has high roundness,is not easy to produce the high binding site,and can completely avoid the strip surface fold defects;at the same time,the reel working performance can be improved significantly,and the quality of the steel coil products will be greatly improved.
