随着高等教育贫困生资助体系的日渐完善，大学生物质贫困已不再是根本性问题。但有相当一部分贫困生，包括非贫困生因学习、生活、就业等多方面的压力和心理困扰产生了“精神贫困”的现象，进而在主体意识、诚信意识、感恩意识等方面存在问题。在进一步完善大学生贫困资助体系同时，加强人文情怀教育、心理健康教育，推动大学生自我发展。
수착고등교육빈곤생자조체계적일점완선，대학생물질빈곤이불재시근본성문제。단유상당일부분빈곤생，포괄비빈곤생인학습、생활、취업등다방면적압력화심리곤우산생료“정신빈곤”적현상，진이재주체의식、성신의식、감은의식등방면존재문제。재진일보완선대학생빈곤자조체계동시，가강인문정부교육、심리건강교육，추동대학생자아발전。
With the increasingly perfecting of higher education funding system for poor students, the material poverty of college students is no longer a fundamental problem. And further on the aspects of subjet consciousness, consciousness of integrity, thanksgiving, there are problems. In further perfecting fiancial assistance system for poor college students at the same time, strengthen the humanity education, mental health education, to promote college students' self development.
