以大豆蛋白和3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(CHPTAC)为原料采用半干法制备阳离子大豆蛋白,并研究碱用量、醚化剂用量、碱化时间及体系含水率对产物取代度及反应效率的影响,且进行红外光谱表征。将阳离子大豆蛋白用作增强剂,当其加入量为绝干纤维的0.4%时,显示出良好的增强效果,是一种很好的纸张增强剂。
以大豆蛋白和3-氯-2-羥丙基三甲基氯化銨(CHPTAC)為原料採用半榦法製備暘離子大豆蛋白,併研究堿用量、醚化劑用量、堿化時間及體繫含水率對產物取代度及反應效率的影響,且進行紅外光譜錶徵。將暘離子大豆蛋白用作增彊劑,噹其加入量為絕榦纖維的0.4%時,顯示齣良好的增彊效果,是一種很好的紙張增彊劑。

Using soybean protein and CHPTAC to study the preparation of cationic soybean protein by semi dry, and examined the effect of the amount of alkali, etherification dosage, alkalization time and the content of water with the degree of substitution and charactered by FTIR. Using cationic soybean protein as a reinforcing agent for application experiments, when it was added in an amount of 0.4%, the results showed that the cationic soybean protein had good efforts on paper strengthening.
