以天然沸石为填料,研究了其对纸张性能的影响。结果表明:天然沸石可以直接加填在纸张中;纸张抄造过程中,直接加入沸石会导致纸张强度性能的明显下降;在加填量为15%时,采用先熬制后混合的阳离子淀粉包覆改性方法可提高纸张耐破指数33.64%,提高抗张指数29.74%。

In the study, the influence of zeolite on properties of papersheet was introduced. The results showed zeolite can be used as filler in papermaking. The addition of zeolite decreased the strength properties of papersheet to an extent in proportion to the usage of zeolite. When the addition of zeolite was fixed at 15%, the burst index and tear index of papersheet were 33.64%and 29.74%higher than that of control sample by heat pre-blend modified method.
