针对当前短波栅格化组网频率分配中缺乏对频点可用性和频点组合最优化整体方案的问题,提出了频率分配优化方法。基于 ITS(Institute for Telecommunication Sciences)软件的短波链路性能预测方法输出频点接收信噪比,采用线性区间划分将其转化为信道质量矩阵,以信道质量矩阵为输入建立频点组合最优化模型,基于部分匹配交叉和逆转变异给出了该优化模型求解的遗传算法。仿真结果表明:采用该频率分配方法可以明显改善短波栅格化组网的信道质量,典型场景下优化程度大约为30%。

In terms of the lack of the overall frequency allocation scheme of frequency availability and fre-quency combinatorial optimization in shortwave grid networking,the optimization method of frequency al-location is proposed.First,the received signal-to-noise ratio is obtained based on HF (High Frequency) link performance prediction method of ITS (Institute for Telecommunication Sciences) software,and transformed into the channel quality matrix using the linear interval division.Then the frequency combi-natorial optimization model is established using the matrix as input,and the genetic algorithm of optimiza-tion model is obtained based on partially matched crossover and reverse mutation.Simulation results show that the channel quality of the shortwave grid networking is significantly improved by using the frequency allocation method,and the optimization level in typical scene is about 30%.
