针对东汽600MW超临界汽轮机组的滑压运行特性,开展了结合运行参数调整和配汽方式改造的滑压优化试验,获取既降低能耗又提高负荷响应能力的最佳滑压曲线,深度优化了机组的滑压运行方式,同时针对滑压曲线应用过程中偏离最佳滑压阀位的实际情况进行了分析,提出了滑压曲线的修正方法,有效的保障了滑压优化效果,对同类机组具有一定的借鉴意义。
針對東汽600MW超臨界汽輪機組的滑壓運行特性,開展瞭結閤運行參數調整和配汽方式改造的滑壓優化試驗,穫取既降低能耗又提高負荷響應能力的最佳滑壓麯線,深度優化瞭機組的滑壓運行方式,同時針對滑壓麯線應用過程中偏離最佳滑壓閥位的實際情況進行瞭分析,提齣瞭滑壓麯線的脩正方法,有效的保障瞭滑壓優化效果,對同類機組具有一定的藉鑒意義。

Considering the characteristics of sliding pressure operation for DEC 600MW supercritical steam turbine,carry out the optimization test of sliding pressure by parameter adjusting combined with valve management transformation,obtain the best sliding pressure curve which reduce energy consumption and improve load response capacity, optimized the sliding pressure operation deeply.Then analysis the actual situation of deviate from sliding pressure curve in application process, put forword the correction method of sliding pressure curve,ensure the effection of sliding pressure optimization,provide a reference for similar units.
