在对现有应急演练方法分析基础上，提出了基于GIS的民航突发事件应急演练方法，对应急演练过程进行可视化管理，构建机场应急救援GIS空间数据库，实现应急资源数据库的数字化管理，建立应急资源调配模型，确定调配最佳方案。基于MAPGIS对某机场突发事件进行模拟演练实例分析，结果表明能有效实现GIS在应急演练中的优势并达到预期的演练目的。通过运用GIS平台对民航突发事件应急演练方法的研究，为机场应急指挥中心提供决策依据，从而减少事发现场应急资源的耗费、缩短应急响应的时间。

A civil aviation emergency drill based on GIS was proposed based on analyzing the existing emergency exercise method. Emergency drills visual management of the process was realized. The GIS spatial database about airport emergency res-cue was established. The function of digital management of emergency resource database was achieved and the optimal scheme of emergency resource allocation was determined. The simulation results which based on analyzing the example of a certain airport e-mergency drills show that it can effectively achieve the advantages of GIS in emergency drills and achieve the goal of expected drills. The civil aviation emergency drills method research can provide the reference for the decision-making of emergency com-mand center at the airport and reduce the waste of emergency resources and reduce response time.
