以具身认知理论为基础,分析网络消费中的触觉缺失现象,并解释了消费者感知的具身性。结合心理学中身体图式的存在和多感官交互整合理论,阐述了在线体验如何通过促进虚拟触觉形成辅助消费者认知和购买决策。从具身认知的视角出发提出“语言+图像”弥补、体验弥补和信任弥补三大网络消费触觉弥补策略。

On the base of embodied cognition theory, the tactile loss phenomenon in online consumption was discussed and the embodiment of consumer perception was interpreted. And then take advantage of body schema theory and multi-sensory in-teractive integration theory which were form psychology to explain how online experience used the formation of virtual tactile con-sumption to help consumer cognition and make purchase decision. Three tactile compensation strategies from the embodied cogni-tion theory were given at last.
