蠕变时效成形技术是利用金属的蠕变特性,将材料变形与时效热处理同步进行的一种成形方法。运用有限元方法,对可时效强化型7075铝合金带筋板进行渐进蠕变时效成形数值模拟分析,采用渐进式蠕变时效成形方法有别于传统的蠕变时效成形方式,是将7075铝合金带筋板依次装夹在曲率半径可逐渐减小的模具上,通过少量多次渐进成形,获得最终的成形件。将传统蠕变时效成形和渐进蠕变时效成形过程中的应力分布、回弹率进行对比分析,结果表明,在渐进蠕变时效成形工艺条件下,板料的回弹率稍大,但该方法能够有效避免带筋板的筋条失稳起皱。

Creep age forming ( CAF) technology is a method combining material deformation with aging heat treatment based on the creep properties of metal. FEM was applied to simulate the incremental creep age forming process for artificially aged 7075 alloy stiffened panel. The incremental creep age forming was different from the traditional creep age forming. The stiffened panel was fixed in the radius reduced die in turn, with less deformation but more times, the stiffened panel formed finally. The stress distribution and springback of incremental creep age forming and traditional creep age forming were analyzed respectively. The re-sults show that the incremental creep age forming will slightly increase springback of the workpiece, while it can avoid the wrink-ling effectively.
