In this paper, combined with practical production, and the reason for the industrial base pipeline failure and the corrosion mechanism are analyzed, and discusses the concentration ,temperature and stress of alkali liquor,and a series of influence factors of alkali embrittlement,what’s more put forward the corresponding prevention measures, effectively avoid the leakage caused by stress corrosion.
