高职教育人才培养模式的研究是高职教育教学领域中的热点、难点问题,有重要研究意义,根据多年人才培养模式开发实践和对高职院校各专业人才培养方案的审查把关的经验,进行高职创新型人才培养模式研究,找出适合我国国情、适合高职院校、适合具有创新性、前瞻性和实用性的人才培养模式。本文以哈尔滨职业技术学院人才培养改革与创新为例进行探索。

The research on training mode of higher vocational talents is the hot and difficult issue in the field of vocational education and has important significance. Based on years of development practice on the years ’ of training model of talents and experience of examination of talents’ training program in higher vocational colleges, research on the training mode of higher vocational innovative talents. Find out the training model that is suitable for the situation of China, for higher vocational colleges, for innovation, perspectiveness and practice. This paper makes a research with reform and innovation of talents ’ training in Harbin Vocational and Technical College as an example.
