以现代多电飞机对新型配电系统的迫切需求为牵引,以新型配电系统核心部件新型执行器件固态功率控制器的应用为手段,系统地阐述了新型执行器件固态功率控制器的设计原理以及电路设计方法.实验通过某型号任务对加电控制单元的要求,利用SSPC加以实现,并与常规器件在重量、可靠性以及电磁兼容性等指标上进行综合比较分析,进而展现SSPC在当前航电任务配电系统中的优异性能.

This paper systematically describes the design principles and circuit design of new solid-state power controller to perform a device by taking taking the more urgent demand of modern electric aircraft for new power distribution system as traction and with the means of the application of solid-state power controller (SSPC) of new performance device of core component of new distribution system as means. proves excellent performance of SSPC in the current avionics distribution system, In the experiment, the requirements of a certain task for power control unit are satisfied, SSPC is used for implementation and compared with conventional device in terms of weight, reliability, electromagnetic compatibility, etc.. The experiment results show that SSPC has excellent performance in current avionics mission power distribution system.
