针对目前常用的涂膜防水层厚度现场测量方式所存在的效率较低、操作不够方便和对防水层完整性有损伤等问题,利用超声 B 扫描成像方法对涂膜防水层进行厚度检测,根据被检防水层的客观条件和所采集到的图像信号特征,研究了使用图像测量技术实现涂膜防水层厚度可视化测量的算法,并加以实现。实验结果证明了该算法在现场测量涂膜防水层厚度时具有无损性、普适性和直观性。
針對目前常用的塗膜防水層厚度現場測量方式所存在的效率較低、操作不夠方便和對防水層完整性有損傷等問題,利用超聲 B 掃描成像方法對塗膜防水層進行厚度檢測,根據被檢防水層的客觀條件和所採集到的圖像信號特徵,研究瞭使用圖像測量技術實現塗膜防水層厚度可視化測量的算法,併加以實現。實驗結果證明瞭該算法在現場測量塗膜防水層厚度時具有無損性、普適性和直觀性。

There are some problems in measuring the thickness of coating waterproof layers,such as low efficiency,less convenient operation and damaging the integrity of waterproof layers.Just because of these faults,using B-scan ultrasonic imaging method to detecting waterproof coating layer,and based on the ob-jective conditions of the seized waterproof layer and the signal characteristics of the collected image,how to visually measure waterproof layer's thickness by image measurement technology was studied and realized in the paper.The results showed that the method is non-destructive,universal and intuitive when measur-ing the thickness of coating waterproof layer thickness in the field.
