针对全波傅里叶算法无法有效滤除电机热过载故障信号中的非周期直流分量，给出一种带差分滤波器的Morlet 复小波算法保护器设计。详细分析了电机热过载保护及 Morlet 复小波算法的原理并在 MATLAB/simu-link 下进行了仿真，验证了该算法比全周傅里叶算法能更好的滤除衰减直流分量。最终搭建基于 STM32F103的硬件平台，并结合 Morlet 复小波给出了对应软件设计流程。

Conventionally,the fault signal of motor thermal overload in a non-periodic component was not effectively filtered with Full-wave Fourier Algorithm (or FFA).In this paper,a design which combined Complex Morlet Wavelet Algorithm with Subtraction (or CMWAS)filter was presented.It then analysed the thermal overload protection and Morlet complex wavelet algorithm principle and simulated based on MATLAB/simulink.It was verified that the new algorithm is better than the FFA algorithm in terms of filtering decaying DC component.Finally it built the hardware platform based on STM32F103 and gave the corresponding software design process combined with the complex Morlet wavelet.
