莫尔条纹具有放大的作用，而无衍射光在长距离内有恒稳定的特点，将两者结合能实现大范围的几何量精密测量。在介绍无衍射光莫尔条纹的基础上，分析莫尔条纹数与两束无衍射光的中心光斑距离的关系，采用高斯低通滤波器后再进行二值化，得到莫尔条纹清晰的图像，然后统计一周内图像灰度值变化的次数，得到莫尔条纹数。本研究对无衍射光在精密测量中的应用具有借鉴意义。

A method of counting the moire fringes of non-diffacting beams was presented in this paper.Be-cause the moire fringes have a function of magnifying and the non-diffacting beams have a characteristics of stablity in long distance,it could achieve the precision measurement of geometry in extensiveness.On the basis of introducing the moire fringes of non-diffactings,this paper analyzed the relationship between the number of moire fringes and the centre distance of two non-diffacting beams.According to the features of moire fringes images,the Gaussian low pass filter and binaryzation are used for obtaining clear moire frin-ges images.Then the numbers of moire fringes can be counted through the changes times.The study can be used in the application of precision measurement of non-diffacting beams.
