设计了一种主动悬挂式展开试验装置,并介绍了其设计原理,给出了基于模糊PID的控制策略,开展了装置样机的试验验证,结果表明:该装置实现了吊点的位置主动跟随和重力主动补偿,能够满足天线等有源活动部件地面主动展开试验的使用要求.

An active suspended deployment method is proposed and a 3-DOF test system is designed in this paper. Based on the fuzzy PID control, the prototype is developed and tested. The results show that the active following of the suspension point and the gravity compensation are realized, which satisfies the ground deployment requirements of active moving parts such as antenna.
