利用STAR-CCM+三维流体分析软件结合声学仿真软件GT-power对某1.5 T SUV排气消音器进行联合模拟仿真,考察其温度、压力、速度场,对压力损失进行评估,并根据企业要求针对背压提出优化方案,在噪声基本不变的前提下,降低整体背压至45 kPa以下。经台架试验验证,优化方案达到了预期效果,对排气系统起到了有益的改善作用。
利用STAR-CCM+三維流體分析軟件結閤聲學倣真軟件GT-power對某1.5 T SUV排氣消音器進行聯閤模擬倣真,攷察其溫度、壓力、速度場,對壓力損失進行評估,併根據企業要求針對揹壓提齣優化方案,在譟聲基本不變的前提下,降低整體揹壓至45 kPa以下。經檯架試驗驗證,優化方案達到瞭預期效果,對排氣繫統起到瞭有益的改善作用。
이용STAR-CCM+삼유류체분석연건결합성학방진연건GT-power대모1.5 T SUV배기소음기진행연합모의방진,고찰기온도、압력、속도장,대압력손실진행평고,병근거기업요구침대배압제출우화방안,재조성기본불변적전제하,강저정체배압지45 kPa이하。경태가시험험증,우화방안체도료예기효과,대배기계통기도료유익적개선작용。
The exhaust muffler of a 1. 5T SUV was simulated with two kinds of software, including a 3D fluid analysis soft-ware STAR-CCM+ and acoustic simulate software GT-power. The field of temperature, pressure and velocity were researched to evaluate the loss of pressure. And a scheme was proposed for optimizing the pressure according to the requirements of the en-terprise. The pressure decreased to 45KPa when the noise intensity kept almost the same. The bench test proves that the improve-ment scheme plays a beneficial result for the exhaust system and gets the desired effect.
