The thesis studies the moisture characteristics and mechanical characteristics of cavernous city,analyzes the meaning of building cav-ernous city,and puts forward cavernous city construction methods,such as reducing and controlling rainfall runoff,establishing adjustment system of runoff control equipment,and establishing organization mechanism,with a view to protect water resources and to prevent water pollution as well.
