目的 探讨冠状动脉分叉病变介入治疗(PCI)球囊保护冠脉边支技术采用桡动脉径路的可行性和安全性.方法 采用桡动脉径路对2013年9月至2014年9月43例冠心痛患者43处真性分叉病变(边支开口为局限病变,内径2.0~2.5 mm)行主支支架外侧球囊保护冠脉边支操作技术.结果 所有患者均经桡动脉径路行冠脉分叉病变介入治疗成功,无中转股动脉径路,技术成功率100%.穿刺处恢复良好,无血肿、假性动脉瘤等发生.结论 桡动脉径路行冠脉分叉病变球囊保护冠脉边支技术可行、创伤小、恢复快、并发症少,安全有效.
目的 探討冠狀動脈分扠病變介入治療(PCI)毬囊保護冠脈邊支技術採用橈動脈徑路的可行性和安全性.方法 採用橈動脈徑路對2013年9月至2014年9月43例冠心痛患者43處真性分扠病變(邊支開口為跼限病變,內徑2.0~2.5 mm)行主支支架外側毬囊保護冠脈邊支操作技術.結果 所有患者均經橈動脈徑路行冠脈分扠病變介入治療成功,無中轉股動脈徑路,技術成功率100%.穿刺處恢複良好,無血腫、假性動脈瘤等髮生.結論 橈動脈徑路行冠脈分扠病變毬囊保護冠脈邊支技術可行、創傷小、恢複快、併髮癥少,安全有效.
목적 탐토관상동맥분차병변개입치료(PCI)구낭보호관맥변지기술채용뇨동맥경로적가행성화안전성.방법 채용뇨동맥경로대2013년9월지2014년9월43례관심통환자43처진성분차병변(변지개구위국한병변,내경2.0~2.5 mm)행주지지가외측구낭보호관맥변지조작기술.결과 소유환자균경뇨동맥경로행관맥분차병변개입치료성공,무중전고동맥경로,기술성공솔100%.천자처회복량호,무혈종、가성동맥류등발생.결론 뇨동맥경로행관맥분차병변구낭보호관맥변지기술가행、창상소、회복쾌、병발증소,안전유효.
Objective To evaluate the safety and feasibility of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) through radial artery in treating coronary artery bifurcation lesions with side branch protected by coronary balloon.Methods Forty-three patients with true bifurcation lesions (the side branch ostiumlesions were localized and the side branch diameter was 2-2.5 mm) underwent interventional treatment by bifurcation access with the balloon dilation outside the main branch stent to reserve the side branch.Results All true bifurcation lesions was treated successfully through radial artery without transformation of femoral artery and the puncture site recovered well.No hematomas and pseudoaneurysms occurred.Conclusions PCI through radial artery with the balloon dilation outside the main branch stent to reserve the side branch proved safe and effective in the treatment of bifurcation lesions,and can reduce the complications and had fast recovery.
