岩盐的溶解速率是影响岩盐开采与储气库建造效率的关键性因素。通过对金坛NaCl盐岩在恒定浓度溶液内不同溶解角度下的溶解速率研究发现,NaCl盐岩的溶解具有明显的浓度与角度效应:随着溶液浓度的提高,溶解速率发生明显的降低;在一定溶液浓度条件下,随着溶解角度从90°到-90°的变化,盐岩的溶解速率明显加快,溶液质量浓度在1.035 g/m L时,后者是前者的3倍左右。利用MATLAB对数据进行拟合,得到溶解速率与浓度、试件倾角的关系。本研究可为岩盐开采与盐穴储气库建造提供参考。

T he dissolution rate of rock salt is the key factor affecting the efficiency of rock salt mining and salt cavern gas storage construction ,the dissolution rate of rock salt usually decreases with the increase of solution’s concentration .It was found through the experimental study on Jin‐tan NaCl rock salt that the dissolution of NaCl rock salt has obvious concentration and angle effects .T he dissolution rate of NaCl rock salt decreases significantly as the solution concentration increases .The dissolution rate increases obviously as the dissolution angle changes from 90° to-90° in constant concentration ,and the latter is 3 times the former w hen the density is 1 .035 g/mL .MATLAB was used to get the relationship of dissolution rate with concentration and angle , w hich can provide reference for rock salt mining and storage construction .
