[目的]为提高密枝枸杞的硬枝扦插成苗率,更好的应用于生产实践。[方法]采取田间试验方法,采用浓度为250 mg/L IBA+250 mg/L NAA、500 mg/L IBA、500 mg/L NAA、500 mg/L IAA、500 mg/L ABT-6、500 mg/L GGR 6种生根剂和清水(CK)3~5秒速蘸处理密枝枸杞硬枝插条对其扦插效果的影响。[结果]250 mg/L IBA+250 mg/L NAA生根剂处理密枝枸杞硬枝插条的成活率最高,生根剂处理插条的分枝数较多,新生枝也较长,均极显著高于其他处理。[结论]生产上用IBA+NAA组合处理生根剂处理密枝枸杞硬枝插条,可极显著提高其成活率,促进根系和枝条生长,加快其繁殖速度。

Objective] The aim was to improve the survival rate of hardwood cutting propagation of Lycium barbarum var. implicatum in production practice. [Method] The concentration of 6 kinds of different rooting reagents including 250 mg/L IBA+250 mg/L NAA、500 mg/L IBA、500 mg/L NAA、500mg/L IAA、500 mg/L ABT-6、500mg/L GGR and clear water (as control) were compared under quick dipping in 3~5 s of L. barbarum var. implicatum hardwood cuttings with field test method. [Result] The survival rate of L. barbarum var. implicatum was influenced mostly by 250mg/L IBA+250mg/L NAA. The new-shoot number were influenced obviously by 250mg/L IBA+250mg/L NAA. The new-shoot length were also preferably. The new-root number were also enhanced significantly. [Conclusion] The survival rate was significantly higher than others. The root number and root length were promoted and accelerated in propagation.
