对广东省中山市30个乡土树种的冠层结构、水分生理及光合作用3种生态特性指标进行测定分析,结果表明:自然饱和亏、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、瞬时水分利用率、叶面积指数和林下透光率均在各树种间存在显著差异(P<0.01)。自然饱和亏上升幅度为21.23%;蒸腾速率、瞬时水分利用率和净光合速率三者的变化幅度分别为2.35 g·m-2·h-1、15.10 g·kg-1和7.96μmol·m-2·s-1;叶面积指数和透光率二者的变化幅度分别为3.57 mol·m2·s-1·d-1和30.69%。自然饱和亏、蒸腾速率、瞬时水分利用率、叶面积指数和林下透光率都对树种净光合速率有较大影响,重要性分别为0.23、0.20、0.13、0.06、0.06。基于粗糙集的林木水分生理和冠层结构特性指标对净光合速率的综合影响力得分排序为合果木(Paramichelia baillonii)>铁刀木(Cassia siamea)>黄桐(Endospermum chinense)>观光木(Michelia odora)>山杜英(Elaeocarpus sylvestris)>大叶木莲(Manglietia megphylla)>双翼豆(Peltophorum pterocarpum)>黄樟(Cinnamomum porrectum)>苦梓含笑(Michelia balansae)>宝华玉兰(Magnolia zenii)>红花玉兰(Magnolia wufengensis)>铁冬青(Ilex rotunda)>竹节树(Carallia brachiata)>云南拟单性木兰(Parakmeria yunnanensis)>火力楠(Michelia macclurei)>五月茶(Antidesma bunius)>显脉杜英(Elaeocarpus dubius)>白兰(Michelia alba)>天竺桂(Cinnamomum japonicum)>乐昌含笑(Michelia chapensis)>黄兰(Michelia champaca)>红花玉蕊(Barringtonia racemosa)>亮叶含笑(Michelia fulgens)>鱼木(Crateva formosensis)>二乔木兰(Magnolia soulangeana)>水翁(Cleistocalyx perculatus)>海南木莲(Manglietia hainanensis)>灰绒含笑(Michelia foveolata)>深山含笑(Michelia maudiae)>乐东拟单性木兰(Parakmeria lotungensis)。

Data of ecological characteristics including the photosynthesis, canopy structure and water physiological of 30 native species in Zhongshan city of Guangdong province were collected and compared in this study and a comprehensive evaluation was carried out with variance analysis and rough set theory. The results indicated that there were significant differences of natural saturation deficit, net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, instantaneous water use efficiency, leaf area index and transmittance among different tree species (P<0.01). Natural saturation deficit increased by 21.23%; Transpiration rate, instantaneous water use efficiency and net photosynthetic rate increased by 2.35 g·m-2·h-1, 15.10 g·kg-1 and 7.96μmol·m-2·s-1; Leaf area index and transmittance increased by 3.57 mol·m2·s-1·d-1 and 30.69%. Natural saturation deficiency, transpiration rate, instantaneous water use rate, leaf area index and understory light transmittance showed great influence on net photosynthetic rate with the importance of 0.23, 0.20, 0.13, 0.06 and 0.06. Based on the rough set theory, comprehensive influence score of moisture physiology and canopy structure on net photosynthesis photosynthetic rate ranked from high to low were Paramichelia baillonii>Cassia siamea>Endospermum chinense>Michelia odora>Elaeocarpus sylvestris>Manglietia egphylla>Peltophorum pterocarpum>Cinnamomum porrectum>Michelia balansae>Magnolia zenii>Magnolia wufengensis>Ilex rotunda>Carallia brachiate>Parakmeria yunnanensis>Michelia macclurei>Antidesma bunius>Elaeocarpus dubius>Michelia alba>Cinnamomum japonicum>Michelia chapensis>Michelia champaca>Barringtonia racemosa>Michelia fulgens>Crateva formosensis>Magnolia soulangeana>Cleistocalyx perculatus>Manglietia hainanensis>Michelia foveolata>Michelia maudiae>Parakmeria lotungensis.
