目的：血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)和胱抑素C（Cys C）的水平在不同时期糖尿病肾病（DN）患者中的表达变化和意义。方法采用酶法和免疫比浊法检测80例糖尿病肾病患者和80例正常健康者中血清HCY和Cys C水平。结果与对照组相比，DN患者血清中HCY和Cys C水平升高，并且与病情的严重性相关（均P＜0.01）；同时DN患者血清中HCY和Cys C水平呈显著正相关（r=0.679，P＜0.01）。结论随着DN的进展，血清HCY和Cys C含量升高，且与DN病变严重程度相关，血清HCY和Cys C含量检测有助于判断DN病情的程度。

목적：혈청동형반광안산(HCY)화광억소C（Cys C）적수평재불동시기당뇨병신병（DN）환자중적표체변화화의의。방법채용매법화면역비탁법검측80례당뇨병신병환자화80례정상건강자중혈청HCY화Cys C수평。결과여대조조상비，DN환자혈청중HCY화Cys C수평승고，병차여병정적엄중성상관（균P＜0.01）；동시DN환자혈청중HCY화Cys C수평정현저정상관（r=0.679，P＜0.01）。결론수착DN적진전，혈청HCY화Cys C함량승고，차여DN병변엄중정도상관，혈청HCY화Cys C함량검측유조우판단DN병정적정도。
Objective To explore expression changes of HCY and Cys C level in serum of patients with diabetic nephropathy (DN) in different periods and its clinical significance. MethodsHCY and Cys C level in serum of 80 DN patients and 80 healthy patients were measured by enzymatic method and immune turbidimetry.Results The HCY and Cys C level in serum of DN patients was increased when compare to the control group and it was related to the severity of the disease (P<0.01). At the same time, the HCY and Cys C level in serum of DN patients was significant positive correlation (r=0.679,P<0.01). ConclusionThe HCY and Cys C level in serum increase with the development of DN and it is related with the severity of the disease. Content measurement of HCY and Cys C in serum can help to predict the severity of disease.
