目的：探寻基层医疗机构的临床药学建设模式和临床药师的服务方式。方法分析基层医院临床药学服务和学科建设现状，结合我院临床药学发展的经验，探讨临床药学服务模式和学科建设的对策。结果基层医疗机构临床药学建设比较落后，应采取多种化临床药学建设模式和服务方式。结论基层医疗机构要重视临床药学建设工作，可从完善临床药学发展制度，重视药师的培养和继续教育，加强专科临床药师发展等方面着手。
목적：탐심기층의료궤구적림상약학건설모식화림상약사적복무방식。방법분석기층의원림상약학복무화학과건설현상，결합아원림상약학발전적경험，탐토림상약학복무모식화학과건설적대책。결과기층의료궤구림상약학건설비교락후，응채취다충화림상약학건설모식화복무방식。결론기층의료궤구요중시림상약학건설공작，가종완선림상약학발전제도，중시약사적배양화계속교육，가강전과림상약사발전등방면착수。
Objective To explore the construction model of clinical pharmacy and the service method of clinical pharmacists in primary medical organization.MethodsThe countermeasure of service mode and the discipline construction in clinical pharmacy was studied through analyzing the present situation and the development experience in our hospital.ResultsBecause of the relatively poor clinical pharmacy in primary medical institutions, a variety of the construction models of clinical pharmacy and service methods should be adopted.ConclusionMore attention should be paid to the development of clinical pharmacy in primary medical institutions. Primary hospitals should embark on the following respects: perfecting clinical pharmacy development system, emphasizing clinical pharmacist cultivation and continuing education, strengthening the development of specialist pharmacists and so on.
