目的：观察自制新生儿床边腹部立位摄影装置的使用价值。方法对比100例腹胀新生儿患者同时采用传统方法和借助自制新生儿床边腹部立位摄影装置的改良方法进行数字化摄影检查，对图像质量进行评价比较。结果未使用该装置，优质像率为66%，中等像率19%，差的像率为12%，无效率即废片率3%。使用该装置，优质像率为81%，中等像率13%，差的像率为5%，无效率即废片率1%。差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论使用该装置可避免图像因新生儿肢体扭动产生的运动模糊，提高图像质量，减少新生儿的受照剂量。同时，也避免新生儿家属因固定新生儿而受到不必要的X线辐射。

Objective To observe the effect of the neonate bedside abdomen upright radiography device.Methods Compared 100 children patients with abdominal distension, adopted both the traditional method and the improved method with the aid of homemade neonatal bedside abdominal stand X-ray radiography device for the digital radiography, and then evaluated image quality.Results With no using this device, the rate of excellent quality image was 66%, the rate of fair quality image was 19%, the rate of poor quality image was 12%, the rate of invalid image was 3%. But using it, the rate of excellent quality image was 81%, the rate of fair quality image was 13%, the rate of poor quality image was 5%, the rate of invalid image was 1%. The difference is statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of the device can avoid motion blur caused by the body motion of neonate and then improve the image quality, reduce the radiation dose to the neonate and protect the family members from the unnecessary X-ray radiation when they help tofi x the neonate .
