目的：分析3例儿童非妊娠性绒癌的临床病理特征，为非妊娠性绒癌的早期诊治提供线索。方法对3例儿童非妊娠性绒癌的临床病理特征进行回顾性分析，应用免疫组化技术标记肿瘤组织HCG、CK、AFP、CD30及CD117等的表达。结果3例发病年龄分别为6个月、6岁及12岁，病变均发生于卵巢，均积极手术并化疗，分别随访31个月、48个月及31个月，未见复发转移，肿瘤组织中HCG（＋）、CK（＋），其中6个月患儿还弱表达AFP， CD30（－）、CD117（－）。结论儿童早期非妊娠性绒癌经积极手术并规律化疗，效果良好。
목적：분석3례인동비임신성융암적림상병리특정，위비임신성융암적조기진치제공선색。방법대3례인동비임신성융암적림상병리특정진행회고성분석，응용면역조화기술표기종류조직HCG、CK、AFP、CD30급CD117등적표체。결과3례발병년령분별위6개월、6세급12세，병변균발생우란소，균적겁수술병화료，분별수방31개월、48개월급31개월，미견복발전이，종류조직중HCG（＋）、CK（＋），기중6개월환인환약표체AFP， CD30（－）、CD117（－）。결론인동조기비임신성융암경적겁수술병규률화료，효과량호。
Objective To analyze the clinical and pathological features of three cases of children with non-gestational choriocarcino-ma and provide clues to early diagnosis and treatment of non-gestational choriocarcinoma.Methods The clinicopathological features of three children with non-gestational choriocarcinoma were retrospectively analyzed, the protein expression of HCG,CK, AFP, CD30 and CD117 were detected by immunohistochemical techniques.Results The age of the three children was 6 months, 6 years old and 12 years Respectively, the lesions all occurred in the ovaries.After aggressive surgery and chemotherapy,they were respectively followed up for 31 months, 48 months and 31 months and showed no recurrence and metastasis.The expression of HCG, CK in tumor tissue both were(+) ,AFP also expressed weakly in the tumor tissue of six months infants.And CD30(-),CD117(-)in tumor tissue.Conclusion There was better therapeutic effect if non-gestational choriocarcinoma of children were earlier detected and treated by surgery and correct chemotherapy.
