目的：探讨β‐榄香烯对肺腺癌 A549和 H460细胞增殖和凋亡的影响。方法：应用不同浓度的β‐榄香烯干预 A549和 H460细胞后，台盼蓝拒染试验和 M T T 试验检测肿瘤细胞的增殖，流式细胞术检测 A549细胞凋亡率，Western Blot 法检测凋亡相关蛋白的表达。结果：不同浓度β‐榄香烯能抑制肺腺癌 A549和 H460细胞的增殖，且呈剂量与时间依赖性，β‐榄香烯干预后的A549细胞凋亡率明显升高，其相关抗凋亡蛋白 Bcl‐2和 Bcl‐xl 表达下调。结论：β‐榄香烯可抑制肺腺癌 A549和 H460细胞的增殖及诱导其凋亡，其作用机制可能与下调 Bcl‐2和 Bcl‐xl 有关。
목적：탐토β‐람향희대폐선암 A549화 H460세포증식화조망적영향。방법：응용불동농도적β‐람향희간예 A549화 H460세포후，태반람거염시험화 M T T 시험검측종류세포적증식，류식세포술검측 A549세포조망솔，Western Blot 법검측조망상관단백적표체。결과：불동농도β‐람향희능억제폐선암 A549화 H460세포적증식，차정제량여시간의뢰성，β‐람향희간예후적A549세포조망솔명현승고，기상관항조망단백 Bcl‐2화 Bcl‐xl 표체하조。결론：β‐람향희가억제폐선암 A549화 H460세포적증식급유도기조망，기작용궤제가능여하조 Bcl‐2화 Bcl‐xl 유관。
Objective :To investigate the effect of β‐elemene on the proliferation and apoptosis of human Lung cancer cells .Methods :Lung cancer A549 and H460 cells were treated with different concentrations of β‐El‐emene injection ,The cell proliferation was measured by trypanblue stain and M TT .A549 apoptosis rate was meas‐ured by flow cytometry ,the expression levels of apoptosis associated protein were explored by western blot .Re‐sults :The proliferation of human lung adenocarcinoma A549 and H460 cell line were inhibited significantly by El‐emene and the inhibition was time and dose‐dependent .The β‐Elemene could promote A549 apoptosis ,and lower bcl‐2 and bcl‐xl protein expression .Conclusion : β‐Elemene can inhibit the proliferation and apoptosis by lower bcl‐2 and bcl‐xl protein expression .
