目的：探讨米非司酮用于子宫内膜异位症患者治疗对其血清CA125的影响情况。方法选择2012年2月~2014年7月在我院治疗的92例子宫内膜异位症患者，随机分成观察组和对照组。对照组患者应用丹那唑予以治疗。观察组患者应用米非司酮予以治疗。比较两组患者的疗效及其血清CA125的变化情况。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率达到91.3%，高于对照组的89.1%，但两组间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组患者的复发率、妊娠率都优于对照组，但两组间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；两组患者的CA125在治疗后都明显下降（P＜0.05），并且观察组患者下降的更加明显（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的不良反应发生情况明显的少于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论米非司酮用于子宫内膜异位症的治疗，能够获得较好的临床效果，使患者的血清CA125水平显著下降，具有复发率低、不良反应少以及妊娠率高等特点，值得加以推广。

Objective To investigate the situation of mifepristone in the treatment of patients with endometriosis of its effect on serum CA125. Methods92 cases of patients with endometriosis were selected in our hospital from February,2012 to July, 2014, they were randomly divided into the observation group and control group. The Patients of control group were treated with danazol. The patients of the observation group were treated with mifepristone. To observe the efficacy and serum CA125, compared two groups of patients with changes.ResultsThe total effective rate of treatment in the observation group reached 91.3%, higher than 89.1% in the control group, but no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05); patients in the observation group the recurrence rate, pregnancy rate were better than the control group, but no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05); the two group patients with CA125 were decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05), and the patients in the observation group decreased more significantly(P<0.05); to observe the adverse reaction occurred in significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionMifepristone for the treatment of endometriosis, can obtain better clinical effect, the serum level of CA125 patients decreased significantly, with low recurrence rate, less adverse reaction and the pregnancy rate is high, it is worth to be popularized.
