目的:探讨肌钙蛋白I、肌红蛋白及CK-MB联合检测在急性冠状综合征ACS中的临床检测效果。方法对该院收治的40例急性急性冠状综合征ACS患者资料进行分析,将其设置为实验组,选择同期入院的40例其他疾病患者作为对照组,入选患者均检测肌钙蛋白I、肌红蛋白及CK-MB等指标,分析肌钙蛋白I、肌红蛋白及 CK-MB联合检测在急性冠脉综合征ACS中的临床诊断效果。结果实验组治疗前肌钙蛋白I为(8.30±1.42)、肌红蛋白为(594.3±36.7)、CK-MB为(82.9±13.1),显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组治疗后肌钙蛋白I、肌红蛋白及CK-MB略高,和对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急性冠脉综合征ACS患者采用肌钙蛋白 I、肌红蛋白及CK-MB联合检测效果理想,能够为患者早期诊断提供依据,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of joint detection of troponin I, myoglobin and CK-MB in diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods 40 patients with ACS admitted in our hospital were assigned to the experimental group and 40 patients with other diseases in the same period were assigned to the control group. All the patients underwent detection of troponin I, myo-globin and CK-MB, the effect of which in diagnosis of ACS was analyzed. Results Before treatment, the troponin I, myoglobin and CK-MB level in the experimental group were (8.30±1.42) ng/ml, (594.3±36.7) ng/mL, (82.9±13.1)U/L, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of the control group,P<0.05; after treatment, those were higher in the experimental group than in the control group without statistically significant differences,P>0.05. Conclusion Joint detection of troponin I, myoglobin and CK-MB can provide the basis for the early diagnosis of ACS, therefore it is worth promotion.
